Fly-in visitors are welcome. Please refer to ERSA for strip layout and operational requirements. The runway has recently been re-sealed from the 05 end to the taxiway and is in good condition.

A NOTAM will be issued prior to the event and pilots need to be aware of restrictions and operational hazards in force during the course of the event.

CTAF procedures will apply. A discrete Ground Control Frequency will be in operation for the weekend - details to be advised.

Aircraft marshals will be on hand to direct traffic. As the hard-stand area is not overly large, this area will be restricted to display aircraft and trade exhibits only.

Visiting aircraft (non-display) will be parked in the undeveloped area between the highway fence and the hangars. This area has now been levelled and made safe by Council to allow aircraft parking.

Camping will be available for pilots and passengers only (no public) at the Pony Club grounds adjoining the airport, at the cost of $10/site/night for an unpowered site (powered sites not available). Portaloos will be provided and there is one shower per sex (basic amenities only). Bookings preferred - phone 0418 636727.

Shuttle services will ferry aircrew to and from the camp-ground or other accommodation as required (within a reasonable distance of the airport).
